Celebrate the big debut with some cookies

Here is the debut of my foodie blog. A month or so ago I decided not to write foodie posts on the family blog and start a food only blog. So here it is! And since this is the big debut and Christmastime, I'm starting you off with some Christmas cookies. These are moist, chewy, thin and stackable (great for gifting.) It has a nice caramel flavor from the dark brown sugar. Enjoy

Butterscotch Cookies

1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1 egg
2 T. nonfat dry milk
1 T. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
